Exclusive Leaf undertakes to comply with all legislation in force on distance sales and e-commerce, namely Decree Law 143/2001, Decree Law 07/2004, Decree Law 24/2014, Regulation (EU) no. 1169/2011, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 25, 2011, as well as other legal provisions that apply to this type of trade. Products sold are not considered a psychoactive substance, it is a variant of sativa L. All our promotions are limited and subject to existing stock and specific campaign conditions.


All orders may contain (in addition to the products purchased) other offers resulting from the partnerships that Exclusive Leaf establishes. They will always be limited to the existing stock and the permanence of said partnerships. Orders may also contain advertising material.

Delivery times

When your order is shipped after payment has been confirmed, you will receive a warning email with a location code and a link to the carrier’s website, so you can track the delivery status of your order. If you do not receive your tracking code, please contact us. Estimated delivery time between 5-7 days.

Delivery times are indicative and, therefore, considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (example: incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks, such as strikes, lost connections, bad weather, etc.) or in special seasons such as Christmas.

If the carrier is unable to deliver the order, it will try again the next day or contact you to schedule a new delivery. A notice may also be left to pick up your order at the delivery point closest to your address.

The delivery options presented may vary depending on the type of products to be delivered, the geographic area of destination, the desired delivery method (delivery to an address or pick-up at a collection point).

It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time as it will be conditioned by the courier route on the day of delivery.

The indication of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may imply the return of the order to Exclusive Leaf and generate additional costs for the customer; for this reason, it is recommended that the customer always make sure that the delivery address, indicated when registering the order, is actually correct and complete. Once the order has been registered, it is not possible to change the delivery address or the billing data indicated.

If there are delays on the part of the carriers, Exclusive Leaf cannot be held responsible.

Legal guarantee

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of 8 April, amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2008,

May 21st, the products supplied will be able to benefit from the warranty period of

compliance period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer.

Shipping Charges

Exclusive Leaf offers shipping for purchases of €25 or more. Purchases below this value have a cost of €4.5, transport service will be provided by a transport company..

You are the importer of the products and must be aware of your local laws.

By placing an order at Exclusive Leaf, you accept all responsibilities regarding the legality of the products that will be sent to you. We cannot resend or refund orders that have been seized or destroyed by customs.

Order tracking

Damaged products

In the event that the shipping package is visibly damaged or leaking liquids, you must check its entire contents at the time of delivery and immediately file a claim with the carrier, refuse the order and then contact us.

If you have accepted the order and only later verified that a product is damaged, you must take detailed photographs of the product(s) and the shipping package (your name, address and tracking number visible) and send them to the our email: shop@exclusiveleaf.com /en so we can solve it. You must notify us on the day of delivery, otherwise we cannot conclude whether the product arrived damaged or was damaged after receipt.


Our policy is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of delivery. If you receive your order and are not satisfied, you may return the product for a refund, provided the packaging is in proper condition and tamper-proof. If the 14 day period has expired since purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund. You must take pictures of the product(s) and send them to our email: shop@exclusivelef.com so that we can proceed with the return.

Payment Terms and Methods

After completing the ordering process as a guest or in the customer’s personal account, the purchase will be registered and the customer has a period, indicated in the selected payment method, to proceed with the payment. At the end of this period, if there is no confirmation of payment and the option to send the order on collection has not been selected, if applicable, the order will be cancelled. Some payment methods allow the recording of the data necessary to carry out the payment transaction. However, in this context, no personal data of the customer will be stored, so their management must be done directly with the provider of the respective service. Except for situations in which the service provider allows the management of personal data to be done directly on our website, in which case, whenever these comply with the applicable legal provisions, namely in terms of protection of personal data, the instructions issued by the former will be complied with. In either case, there is no retention of any payment data entered by the customer unless the provider’s platform allows it and the customer expressly consents to it.

Exclusive Leaf uses a sophisticated mechanism to detect and prevent actions that indicate fraud. Through this solution, it is possible to verify the authenticity of payments made online, while safeguarding the integrity and security of customer data, as well as their identification. This security is made possible by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which encrypts the communications produced between the client software and our server so that they cannot be intercepted. As such, Exclusive Leaf reserves the right to refuse payment for an order if the respective transaction is considered to be illegal. Any and all activities considered illegal will be immediately reported to the competent authorities.

3D Secure is a communication protocol developed to improve the security of online payments and enable the authentication of the credit card user with the issuing bank. After making a payment in an online store, a process is triggered to verify that the card used is valid. Once the card is considered valid, the security systems associated with the 3D Secure protocol verify the customer’s identity, using the credit card issuer, in real time, which, in turn, validates the customer’s identity and reports confirmation that the card used is legitimate. Such control aims to protect credit card holders, by reducing the probability of fraudulent use of their cards, ensuring greater transaction efficiency.

4. MB Way

The customer can pay for his order via MB WAY. In the ordering process, you must select this payment method and indicate the mobile number to which the application is associated, access it and follow the indicated purchase confirmation steps. If the number entered does not correspond to a payment number registered in that application, the following message will be displayed: “It was not possible to validate your payment. We received the following message: Inexisting MB WAY alias”.

As indicated in the application, payment must be made within five minutes, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

5. Bank Transfer (after confirmation of purchase you will receive an email with the data to make the bank transfer)


Payments are always made in Euros, even when prices may be shown in other currencies. Some banks may charge exchange fees. Exclusive Leaf is totally unaware of this fact, so it assumes no responsibility for it.

Stock breaks

All items available at www.exclusiveleaf.com/en are in stock. If there is a fault with the item ordered, we will send an email indicating the new expected delivery time, or we may suggest changing to another similar item or refunding the amount paid.

Order cancellation

1. The Customer can always cancel his order before it is shipped.

2. All orders that are not paid within 5 working days will be automatically canceled by our system.

Age of Consent

By placing an order at Exclusive Leaf, you are declaring that you are of legal age to purchase the products available on the online platform. If you are not of legal age or are not legally authorized to purchase certain products, we will be obliged to cancel the order.

Contract Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to the right of admission, that is, we can choose not to accept the order.

Situations beyond Exclusive Leaf’s control

We are not responsible for any failure, or delay in fulfilling any of our obligations, whenever such failure is caused by a situation that is beyond our control and/or is compromised by a third party. The products are subject to constant changes of which the consumer should always be informed. Exclusive Leaf is not responsible for any discrepancies and/or modifications related to the information about the products on our website, provided by the supplier/manufacturer, and that appears on their labels. For this reason, we recommend that you always read the nutritional information, list of ingredients, recommendations for use, preparation and/or conservation, as well as all mandatory and/or voluntary information on a product before using or consuming it.

Suggestions and Complaints

Customer opinion is very important to Exclusive Leaf as it allows for the implementation of improvements in the services provided. Thus, if for any reason customers are not satisfied with them or with any of the products purchased, or even if they have any suggestions, Exclusive Leaf appreciates reporting any situation to them, within a maximum period of 14 days from the occurrence. or the receipt of the order by the recipient or by a third party designated by him, to one of the contact channels with the Customer Support service.

Warning: If, as a result of the evaluation of the complaint presented, the customer is sent a coupon for the shipment of a product in a future order, this coupon must be activated within the validity period indicated therein, under penalty of a stockout of the replacement product.
